Malflusiva and the Wheeking Guinea PigsThe members acknowledged and discussed some of these concerns, but instead of postponing its recommendation, the committee simply recommended further studies be done after malflusiva’s approval. Moderna’s new mRNA flu vaccine, mFlusiva was a joke, especially if you take “the science” behind it seriously. Of the 40,000 people in this trial, those who got “Mal-flusiva” (do I get bonus points for coining the first nickname for this mRNA miracle?) reduced their absolute influenza risk by 0.8%. That’s right, it might help 8 people out of 1,000. Meanwhile 6.4% of recipients (64 out of 1,000) suffered severe reactions (pain, fatigue, weakness, headaches), at rates which were five times the rate of the standard flu shot. But did it prevent deaths from the flu? No, fool. It caused them. In the “Phase 3 Immunogenicity trial” of the new vaccine, five patients died (versus one in the standard shot group). Hard to put lipstick on that one. What about cardiac risks? Ah, you have a good memory, grasshopper. Events such as fatal cardiac arrest and congestive cardiac failure—similar to what was documented in the Covid mRNA vaccine technology– was also a feature here. |

@MyLordBebo · Jul 5, 9:44 AM · 40.5K views🚨‼️🇷🇺🇪🇺 TRUTH DOES NOT MATTER ANYMORE?! The EU is punishing 3 individuals for reposting Russia Today Germany on their blog and has ruled that reposting content from sanctioned Russian media is forbidden and can result in criminal prosecution. Importantly it does not matter if a person has any type of relationship to Russian media, a private individual can repost something out of pure interest and be charged. The core problem with this ruling is that it essentially says truth does not matter and the type of content does not matter either, only its origin matters. One side is allowed to talk the other does not. Main problems: 1) Only the origin of the content matters, not its type. If it comes from Russian media, it is criminal in the EU. So even a Russian media accurately report on football that you repost could lead to prosecution. 2) Truth does not matter, only who posts it does. A truthful statement from RT cannot be reposted. There is now essentially only one allowed narrative. Example: A Ukrainian missile hit Poland in November 2022. Zelensky claimed Russia attacked Europe, but this was proven false, as confirmed by Polish prosecutors. Reposting the Russian account of the story is now punishable. 3) This creates a ban on most information from Russia, as it is mostly distributed by Russian media. All statements and speeches by Putin are broadcast by Russian media by default. Reposting such content is forbidden, so directly listening to Putin is not allowed. Western media will publish their own filtered interpretations, creating distortion. 4) This enforces only one narrative. EU citizens will struggle to find the other side of the story. Checking both sides and deciding for yourself is not allowed, Brussels decides what you can hear. The foundation of law, where truth matters, is breaking apart. The new rule is, the speaker matters. Remeber they want to remove anonymity on social media … this is also why. |

A More Powerful President Over a Weaker PresidencyThe conservative legal movement of the past four decades has proven itself a fraud Consider what the Court did the same day it decided Trump v. Slaughter. In Trump v. Cook, by a 5–4 vote with Roberts and Kavanaugh joining the liberal justices, the same Court that had just voided the removal protections around independent commissions carved out the Federal Reserve — held that the Fed’s insulation from presidential removal was, uniquely, sanctioned by history and therefore preserved. Justice Barrett, in dissent, asked the question the majority could not answer: How can history support both a categorical rule and a carveout? Justice Sotomayor, dissenting in Slaughter, called the Fed carveout an ad hoc historical exemption. They are describing the same thing. What the Court has actually done is not to apply a historical rule. What the Court has done is to apply a historical rule everywhere the rule serves the pipeline’s purpose, and to except the one institution whose destruction would collapse the American financial system within a business quarter. History supports the categorical rule when the target is the CFPB, the NLRB, the FTC. History supports the carveout when the target is the Fed. The originalism is not tracking the history. The originalism is tracking the pipeline’s tolerance for consequences. Barrett saw it. Sotomayor saw it. The doctrine is a doctrine of convenience, and the majority admitted it on the day it announced it, in the same set of opinions, without noticing it had done so. |
